The Data menu provides access to the following menus. To learn more about each menu, click the applicable hyperlink.
Define and display primary information about equipment units, subsystems and parts, specifications, component relationships, and historical costs; set up how the system processes equipment unit information
Define and display information about equipment unit activity, such as service requests/defects, status change by customer, fueling, usage, testing, special fees, accidents, multi-unit projects, and motor pools
Define and display information about equipment unit management, such as equipment due for preventive maintenance (PM) and inspections, summaries and histories, and service level agreements
Process information about work orders, service level agreement statuses, labor capture, time cards, parts cannibalization, commercial charges, orders awaiting parts, scheduling, tools, and labor reports. Specify how the system processes shop activity information
Optional module for organizations that operate large rebuild or manufacturing shops. Manage requests for rebuilt items; manage work flow through a rebuild shop
Support the creation of vendor work orders and invoices taken by Call Center staff
Process information about parts items, inventory, renumbering, bin labels, and setup options
